Assessing Ethical Performance

Traidlinks has developed an assessment tool based on the United Nations Global Compact. The tool further draws on elements of the Fairtrade, organic and the SA8000 standards. This is a set of questions to examine the company’s practices in terms of human rights, labour standards, environment, anti-corruption and economic sustainability. Based on the findings of the assessment Traidlinks agrees with the partner company a schedule for improvement of its performance.
